The Australian Surf Rowers League Queensland (ASRLQ) is efficiently managed by a dedicated committee comprising various key positions.

This includes the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and representatives from different regions such as the Gold Coast (GC Rep), Sunshine Coast (SC Rep), and other regions (Regional Rep). Additionally, the committee includes an Officials Representative, a Gear Stuart, and an ASRL Representative.
